Our Lettershop Services take your campaign pieces and prepares them for mailing, following all postal regulations and saving you money. We follow a three-step process:

1. Print addresses
We will print your addresses using high-speed, high-resolution laser personalization or a more cost-effective, versatile inkjet process, completely eliminating labels. Pro/Phase Marketing has a very low spoilage rate.

2. Fold, collate, insert, tab and affix postage
As part of this service, we will also prepare your other campaign elements for mailing, such as folding letters, inserting them with a reply card or brochure, or tabbing. Once completed, we affix postage in one of three ways: a (pre)printed mailing indicia (a mailing permit number), a meter mark, or a pre-cancelled stamp.

3. Sort, band and tray
Now we make your mail "postal ready", from submitting all the required postal documents to sorting by zip code and bundling your mail in official postal trays or bags. Your mail is then in-plant verified or delivered to the USPS (United States Postal Service) where it is cleared and entered into the mail stream by postal employees.
