Unique Alliance Program

In order to get the most “bang” for your buck, RepeatRewards allows you to team up with other stores in your area via our Alliance Program. Your members can use their card at any of the stores in your alliance. It is a great way to promote your mall or historic district. Each merchant offers their own awards and maintains their own access to customers who have shopped or dined with them. Pool your resources and reach out to all the customers in your trade area to invite them to special events and “members-only” offers.

Club / VIP Program

Target specific customers through your Club / VIP Program. At no additional cost, you can create individual clubs for some of your most loyal customers. Clubs can include anything from a wine club, shoe-lovers club, or even a seniors club. You also have the option of creating a VIP program to give extra benefits to your top spending members! Airlines and hotels have been using “elite status” (silver, gold, platinum, and diamond) as the very basis for their programs. Why not implement something that these large organizations have proven to be so successful? There is nothing like “card envy” – a table of loyalty club members sees another table using a “gold” card – they’ll want that card too!

Club and VIP members can receive a special card to distinguish them from your other loyalty members. Simply set up a Club or VIP program, tell us the program business rules and then enroll your members. Send targeted offers and messages to these unique customer segments. VIPs can even earn more points for every dollar they spend with you (e.g., 1 ½ points per dollar spent). And just think of the benefit from your “elite” members referring their friends, business collegues, and neighbors to your venue. We’ll do the rest for you!

Customer Acquisition

  • “Cold” Birthday Postcard
    Choose one or more zip codes in your trade area and RepeatRewards will send a birthday postcard to encourage these recipients to come in and join your loyalty program. RepeatRewards will select the names for you and mail out the “cold” birthday postcards to those household members celebrating a birthday. Once you have described what you want your postcard to look like and the offer you want to make, we'll take care of the rest.
  • New Movers Postcard
    Welcome your neighborhood newcomers with a postcard. Invite them into your store or restaurant with a great offer! Then sign them up on your loyalty program so you can continue to market to them.
  • Refer-a-Friend
    Give extra points to loyalty members who refer-a-friend. This is a great way to thank your current members, while gaining new members. Just enter in the loyalty member’s number found on the offer certificate when signing up the referred customer. It is that easy!
  • Prospect Names
    Rent a list of homeowners or renters in your trade area and RepeatRewards will mail a postcard to these potential new customers based on available demographics you choose (e.g., age, income, homeownership, female present, dwelling type, other). You know your customer so use this information to find other “look-alikes” in your neighborhood.

Data Enhancement

If you do not have a phone number for a loyalty member, RepeatRewards will attempt to add one for you if you choose this option. This is beneficial if you’re planning on doing a voice broadcast to your customers. Also by choosing this option, RepeatRewards will add or update email addresses to increase your customer list.

Get Them Back

Let’s face it – as much as you try to remain in contact with your customers, some of them do forget you. RepeatRewards offers you an automated Lost Customer program with the option of creating a one or three-step campaign to bring back those members who haven't visited recently. You determine the time period and incentives – RepeatRewards will mail or email the offer and track the members who returned in response to each mailing!

If you can add a member’s customer loyalty number to the transaction and at the end of the day extract and send those transactions to our secure servers, you will be able to use RepeatRewards. RepeatRewards is willing to work with your vendor and has all the information your vendor will need to integrate your system if possible.
