Where will I be able to see results?

Every location using any of our services is given a secure login to a merchant website where all data is housed, able to be exported and available to you 24/7. Our easy to use reports allow you to quickly view information such as top member stats, overall ROI, ROI for particular campaigns, mobile app downloads/usage, outstanding gift card balance, average sale amount and more.


What kind of contract is there?

NONE- we realize that needs may change so all of our marketing programs and all campaigns within a program are billed on a month to month basis. This allows you to change or cancel a service at any time without the risk of any fees or penalties.


What kind of support do I receive?

Every location using any of our services is assigned a dedicated Account Manager to work with. This is their go-to marketing expert. These Account Managers make it their mission to get to know each business that they work with and will provide the training, marketing ideas and day-to-day assistance to make sure your program is a success. We oftentimes hear from existing clients of ours that this attention to customer service really sets us apart from our competitors and this is something we are proud to offer each and every merchant using our services. If your Account Manager is ever out of the office then someone else from the team is more than happy to assist so you are never left waiting. Support is available by phone or email.


Is my data private?

Absolutely. We will NEVER sell or use your data in any way. This is your data and we only use it to send out the offers and marketing pieces that you choose and approve. This data is available 24/7 from your secure merchant website to be exported and used outside of our programs for anything that you wish.


Can I convert from another provider to you?

Yes! We are happy to help you make the transition from another loyalty or gift card provider to our service(s). All you need to do is provide us with the data you have available and we will then work to coordinate a time to convert it to be used with our service. We do not charge any fees for this conversion and will work with you along the way to make sure this is a smooth transition for your staff.


Do you offer direct mail services?

Yes, if you aren’t sure that a loyalty program is for you but you have a desire to market with a postcard or newsletter then talk to us! We are a full service print shop and this service is available for sending a campaign anywhere in the U.S at our low, all-inclusive prices.

How long does it take to get started?

The below are average wait times from the time you sign up but some merchants have begun using our services as quickly as the next day! We’re flexible with options for getting a program up and running on whatever timeline you require. Our knowledgeable Account Managers and extensive training video library allow you and your staff to be fully prepared for a successful marketing launch.

Card-less or ‘Green’ Programs = 1-2 weeks

Physical Member Card or Gift Card Based Programs = 4-6 weeks

Mobile App Service = 2-4 weeks

Online Ordering Service = 1-2 weeks

Social Media Management = 1-2 weeks


Can I change my program at any time?

YES- we realize that needs may change so all of our marketing programs and all campaigns within a program are billed on a month to month basis. This allows you to change or cancel a service at any time without the risk of any fees or penalties. We encourage you to make changes to your offers and campaigns so you can maximize your return on these and we give you the tools to analyze and make these decisions with the help of your Account Manager.
